Ghastly accident of a call-centre cab

On 13th of June'06, there was a ghastly accident that took place near the Noida-Greater Noida expressway road. The employees of KM SOLUTIONS, sec 127,Noida,were returning home after their shift at 3,15 in the morning when the truck in wrong lane hit the Delhi-bound cab. Two persons including a woman call centre employee were killed on the spot and five injured. The deceased are Helene(24) and Yogesh(30) who died on the spot. The injured are Hina Jain,Saiyad Nasur,Anvit Dhingra and the driver Shiv Ratan were admitted in Max Hospital Noida. Helene was the only lifeline of her widowed sister.

The accident occurred b'coz of violation of traffic rules and no signage in that area. It was the Noida-Gr. Noida expressway road that is considered as an accident prone area, which already has taken life of 35 people and 53 injured. It has no proper patrolling of cops, no sign boards, and the truck which collided was coming from the wrong side on the one-way road.

WE visited the Max Hospital, and met the injured and their family members as well on 19th of June. Met two of them...Sayed Nasur, who had multiple face injuries and skull injuries. It was a real heart-stricken situation, as Sayed is the only bread earner for his widowed mother and lil brother. He's really going thru a very hard time, facing this kind of trauma of his life, His face was full of injuries ,bloodshed eyes and shivering hands.....a real difficult situation.

He was working as a Quality Agent in a voice based UK process. We met his uncle and aunt who were with him in the hospital. Their first question was "Can you do something for the trauma he is going through?" We had no words. But yes then we gave them full confidence and strength to win over the worse. And we assured them of our support whenever and wherever needed...this actually made them more strong and positive. We saw a slight smile on Sayed's face...which was our victory… they appreciated our participation. We prayed for his speedy recoveryand wished him good luck.

Next met Avnit Dhingra, who was also going thru a very difficult situation. His neck bone was broken and multiple face injuries. We met his uncle who was with him, Dr. Kakkar who told us that the company was fully supporting them in all ways. We exchanged words about our organization and wished him good luck...............LET us all hope and pray for their speedy recovery at this moment. And the deceased ones would always be there in our prayers.....Planning to organize a condolence meeting very soon.
