'Employee
Relations 2010' |

The "fight-or-flight response", was
first described by Walter Cannon in 1929.
His theory states that animals react to
threats/ priming the animal for fighting
or fleeing. This response was later recognized
as the first stage of a general adaptation
syndrome that regulates stress responses
among vertebrates and other organisms.
Exactly
90 years and after various ups and downs
the employees/employers use the same behavior
and we need to study so that we do not
become extinct as employees/employers.
I hope in this conference we will be able
to break some ground and have a better
response.
