Community Organizing
A core value of UNITES to promote the active involvement and unity of employees that have been historically marginalized and silenced. UNITES serves as a vehicle for employees to build power. We build bridges between youth, families, and community members to work for community change.

Leadership Development
UNITES is in the process of developing a strong youth and employee leaders from IT & Call Center/BPO Sector. Positive change will take thousands of people working together to improve the entire community.

Education and Training
We believe that change happens when individuals, groups and communities are well trained and well organized. UNITES uses popular education as a tool for building consciousness with youth and family members. We provide leadership training, knowledge, and skills necessary to win public policy changes through collective organizing efforts.

Media Advocacy
UNITES believes that media can serve as a tool for promoting our vision for economic and social justice. Through developing our own media management we can begin to shape public debates related to the issues impacting the community. Since media plays a critical role in shaping public opinion, we train members in media literacy, media activism, and to be spokespeople for the organization.

Contributing to the Building of Social Movement
UNITES believes many organizations are needed to improve the quality of life in our community and throughout the Country. UNITES works in alliance with other organizations dedicated to social and economic justice.
